- Good pinch of saffron
- 600g pack Asda Frozen Golden Vegetable Rice
- 1 pointed red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 234g pack cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 250g pack Asda Extra Special Seafood Selection
Put a little saffron in a bowl with a little hot water and leave to infuse. Cook the rice then add the saffron water.
Cook the pepper in the olive oil in a wok or large pan until it starts to soften. Add the rice, chicken and seafood and heat through, stirring well, for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
