Ingredients
  • 1tsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 x 180g packs Asda Mild British Baby Spinach
  • 500g pack Asda Italian Gnocchi
  • 100g Asda Ricotta
  • 350g tub Asda Italian Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g Asda 30% Less Fat Mature British Cheese, grated
  • Rocket, to serve
Method
  • Preheat the grill. Boil a kettleful of water.

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the spinach and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins. Tip into a sieve over a bowl and use the back of a spoon to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

  • Put the boiled water in the pan, add the gnocchi, bring back to the boil, then simmer for 2 mins. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.

  • To the same pan, add the ricotta and the sauce. Heat through but don’t let it boil.

  • Take off the heat. Stir in the gnocchi and spinach.Pour into a heatproof dish and put the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle on the cheese.

  • Grill until the cheese is melted and turning golden. Serve with the rocket.
