Cheese and spinach lasagne

- 3 sheets of Asda Fresh Lasagne
- 275g frozen chopped spinach
- 250g pack ricotta cheese
- 150g Asda Smart Price Mature Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 770g jar Asda tomato and garlic pasta sauce, heated
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Cut the lasagne sheet with scissors to make two layers that will exactly fit your dish. Simmer the lasange sheets in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain.
Heat the spinach in a frying pan with 1 tbsp water until thawed, then stir for a few minutes to drive off excess water. Put in a bowl with the ricotta and 100g cheddar. Add the nutmeg and dried herbs and season well.
Grease an ovenproof dish and spread the base with a third of the tomato sauce. Layer with a pasta sheet and half the spinach and ricotta, and repeat, finishing with a layer of tomato sauce.
Sprinkle on the Cheddar, and cook for 20 minutes.
