Cheesy chicken & tomato bake
- 200g leftover chicken
- 500g pasta
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 150g mushrooms
- 100g grated cheese mix
Boil the pasta according to pack instructions.
Heat 10ml of oil in a pan then fry 125g of quartered mushrooms, add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and the cooked chicken.
When the pasta has cooked combine with the chicken mixture and place into an oven proof dish.
Top with a mixture of grated cheddar and mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes at 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
