Ingredients
  • 200g leftover chicken
  • 500g pasta
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 100g grated cheese mix
Method
  • Boil the pasta according to pack instructions.

  • Heat 10ml of oil in a pan then fry 125g of quartered mushrooms, add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and the cooked chicken.

  • When the pasta has cooked combine with the chicken mixture and place into an oven proof dish.

  • Top with a mixture of grated cheddar and mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes at 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
