Cherry and coconut overnight oats
- 300ml Asda Free From Coconut drink, chilled
- ½tsp ground cinnamon
- 100g porridge oats
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 100g Frozen for Freshness Cherries
- 1tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted
Mix together the coconut drink, cinnamon, oats and chia seeds. Divide between 2 tumblers, layering with the cherries.
Finish with cherries and a sprinkle of coconut. Cover and chill overnight in the fridge before serving.
