Ingredients
  • 300ml Asda Free From Coconut drink, chilled
  • ½tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100g porridge oats
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 100g Frozen for Freshness Cherries
  • 1tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted
Method
  • Mix together the coconut drink, cinnamon, oats and chia seeds. Divide between 2 tumblers, layering with the cherries.

  • Finish with cherries and a sprinkle of coconut. Cover and chill overnight in the fridge before serving.
