Easy chicken and sweetcorn pie for four

- 400g tin Asda Chunky Chicken in White Sauce
- 220g frozen sweetcorn
- 176g pack Smash Instant Mashed Potato
- 2tbsp semi-skimmed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 125g broccoli, steamed, to serve
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.
Tip the chicken and white sauce into an ovenproof pie dish about 20cm x 20cm. Stir in the sweetcorn and season well with black pepper.
Make up the Smash according to pack instructions with water, then stir in the milk. Spoon on top of the pie filling and spread out.
Brush with the beaten egg to glaze and bake for 25-30 mins until golden and the filling is bubbling up. Serve with steamed broccoli.
