Chicken, chorizo & bean pot luck casserole

- 1kg Asda Chicken Thighs
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 150g sliced chorizo
- 650ml chicken stock
- 2 cans Asda Butter Beans
- 2 oranges, quartered
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp cornflour
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 3. Brown the chicken thighs for 3 minutes on each side and transfer to the dish.
Fry the garlic and chorizo. Add to the dish with the chicken stock, beans, oranges and rosemary. Cover and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Stir in 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with a little water, then cook for a further 15 minutes.
