- 250g pack Asda Egg Noodles (dry weight)
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
- 650g bag Grower’s Selection Family Stir-Fry
- 200g cooked chicken (reserved from Sunday)
- 230g pack Grower’s Selection Hoisin Stir-Fry Sauce
Cook the egg noodles according to the pack instructions.
Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan and stir-fry the veg for 4-5 mins.
Add the chicken and cook for 2 mins, then add the noodles and stir-fry until really hot. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 mins before serving.
