Chicken club sandwich

- 3 slices of white bread
- 15g red pepper houmous
- 50g sliced chicken
- 1⁄2 beef tomato
- 10g salad leaves
- 2 cornichon pickles
Lightly toast the bread and cut off the crusts.
Make your triple-decker sandwich by spreading the red pepper houmous and adding the sliced chicken, beef tomato and salad leaves.
Take 2 wooden skewers and put a cornichon pickle on each one. Push the skewers into the sandwich then cut diagonally, into triangular halves.
