Ingredients
  • 3 slices of white bread
  • 15g red pepper houmous
  • 50g sliced chicken
  • 1⁄2 beef tomato
  • 10g salad leaves
  • 2 cornichon pickles
Method
  • Lightly toast the bread and cut off the crusts.

  • Make your triple-decker sandwich by spreading the red pepper houmous and adding the sliced chicken, beef tomato and salad leaves.

  • Take 2 wooden skewers and put a cornichon pickle on each one. Push the skewers into the sandwich then cut diagonally, into triangular halves.
