Chicken tortilla wraps

- 1 pack 8 Asda Tortillas
- 490g pack Asda Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 sachet Asda Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 red or yellow peppers, halved, de-seeded and sliced
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 200g jar Asda Salsa (mild or hot), to serve
To heat the tortillas on a stove, half-fill a pan with water, cover and heat until simmering. Remove the lid and put a plate on top. Sprinkle the tortillas with a little water. Wrap in foil and put the parcel on the plate to heat through.
Put the chicken, fajita mix and 1 tbsp of the oil in a freezer bag and toss to coat the chicken.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, add the peppers and onions and cook until soft. Remove the vegetables, leaving the oil in the pan.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring often, until cooked through.
Return the vegetables to the pan and heat through. Divide the chicken and veg between the warm tortillas. Fold over one end, then roll up. Serve with salsa.
