Ingredients
  • 4 skinless chicken fillets
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 200g pot Asda Tzatziki Dip
  • 1 pack Asda Large Tortilla Wraps
  • 100g rocket
  • Watercress, to serve
Method
  • Cut the chicken into strips. Put the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and garlic in a non-metallic dish and whisk with a fork. Add the chicken and turn so that all the pieces are coated. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, stirring well after 15 minutes.

  • Remove the chicken from the marinade. Cook in a griddle pan or large non-stick pan for about 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning the pieces occasionally.

  • Set aside to rest for 5 minutes. Warm the wraps in the microwave for 1 minute or in the oven, wrapped in foil, for 5 minutes. Place the chicken and tzatziki in the wraps. Add some rocket and roll up. Serve with watercress.
