Chicken tzaziki wraps
- 4 skinless chicken fillets
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 200g pot Asda Tzatziki Dip
- 1 pack Asda Large Tortilla Wraps
- 100g rocket
- Watercress, to serve
Cut the chicken into strips. Put the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and garlic in a non-metallic dish and whisk with a fork. Add the chicken and turn so that all the pieces are coated. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, stirring well after 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade. Cook in a griddle pan or large non-stick pan for about 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning the pieces occasionally.
Set aside to rest for 5 minutes. Warm the wraps in the microwave for 1 minute or in the oven, wrapped in foil, for 5 minutes. Place the chicken and tzatziki in the wraps. Add some rocket and roll up. Serve with watercress.
