Ingredients
  • 200ml whole milk
  • 100ml double cream
  • 15g golden caster sugar
  • 200g dark chocolate pieces
  • Fresno chilli, blitzed in a food processor
Method
  • Heat the milk, cream and sugar until just bubbling.

  • Take off the heat. Transfer to a bowl. Add the chilli and chocolate. Stir until smooth.
