Chilli choc dessert sauce

Each 52g serving contains

- 200ml whole milk
- 100ml double cream
- 15g golden caster sugar
- 200g dark chocolate pieces
- Fresno chilli, blitzed in a food processor
Heat the milk, cream and sugar until just bubbling.
Take off the heat. Transfer to a bowl. Add the chilli and chocolate. Stir until smooth.
