Chocolate-cream biscuit brownies

- 200g bar Asda Milk Chocolate
- 100g bar Extra Special Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 175g Asda Best for Baking Cakes spread, plus extra for greasing
- 250g light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 85g plain flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 300g pack Asda Bourbon Biscuits, ½ chopped, ½ whole
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Grease and line a 23cm x 20cm brownie tin.
Melt all the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Add the spread and the sugar; stir until melted and combined.
Lift the bowl off the pan; mix in the eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the flour, cocoa and chopped biscuits.
Pour into the tin; arrange the whole biscuits on top. Bake for 20-25 mins, until almost set in the centre.
Allow to cool, then cut into 30 pieces to serve.
