Ingredients
  • 200g Chosen by you Dark Chocolate
  • 100ml double cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
Method
  • Break the chocolate into squares and put in a small pan with the cream, milk and golden syrup.

  • Heat very gently, stirring often, until the chocolate melts and you have a smooth, glossy sauce. Don’t allow it to boil.
