- 50g Asda Plain Chocolate, 60% cocoa (red wrapper)
- 3 tbsp double cream
- 1 tsp Tia Maria (or Cointreau)
- Heart biscuits, to serve
Break the chocolate into squares and put in a bowl with the cream and liqueur.
Stand the bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the base doesn't touch the water, and heat until the chocolate melts, stirring often. Serve with the heart biscuits recipe.
