Chocolate popcorn shards
- 200g Asda Dark Chocolate (50% cocoa solids)
- 2 x 100g Extra Special Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- 20g salted popcorn
- 20g Asda Cherry Berry Mix
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Break all the chocolate into squares and put in a large heatproof bowl. Stand it over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Leave until the chocolate is just melted.
Pour the chocolate into the tray, then tap the tray lightly on the work surface to level out the chocolate.
Scatter over the popcorn and dried fruit, then leave in the fridge to set.
Break the chocolate into shards to serve.
