Ingredients
  • 200g Asda Dark Chocolate (50% cocoa solids)
  • 2 x 100g Extra Special Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
  • 20g salted popcorn
  • 20g Asda Cherry Berry Mix
Method
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Break all the chocolate into squares and put in a large heatproof bowl. Stand it over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Leave until the chocolate is just melted.

  • Pour the chocolate into the tray, then tap the tray lightly on the work surface to level out the chocolate.

  • Scatter over the popcorn and dried fruit, then leave in the fridge to set.

  • Break the chocolate into shards to serve.
