Chorizo in red wine
- 225g chorizo sausage
- 100ml red wine
- Sprig of thyme
Thickly slice 225g chorizo sausage and dry-fry in a non-stick frying pan until browned on both sides – you won’t need any oil. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Pour 100ml red wine into the pan, add a sprig of thyme and simmer until reduced and thickened. Pour over the warm chorizo and serve.
