Ingredients
  • 125g ASDA Ginger Nuts, crushed
  • 400g ASDA Original Soft Cheese
  • 200ml ASDA Creme Fraiche
  • 400ml ASDA Fresh Double Cream
  • Seeds from 2 ASDA Chosen By You Vanilla Pods
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 132g Asda Extra Special Macaron Selection
Method
  • Sprinkle the crushed biscuits into the base of a 23cm loose-bottom tin.

  • Whisk the cream cheese, crème fraîche, cream vanilla seeds and sugar until thick and creamy. Pour over the base. Chill for 1hr.

  • Remove from the tin and (if decorating) arrange the macarons on top. Serve.
