Christmas cheesecake with macarons
- 125g ASDA Ginger Nuts, crushed
- 400g ASDA Original Soft Cheese
- 200ml ASDA Creme Fraiche
- 400ml ASDA Fresh Double Cream
- Seeds from 2 ASDA Chosen By You Vanilla Pods
- 100g caster sugar
- 132g Asda Extra Special Macaron Selection
Sprinkle the crushed biscuits into the base of a 23cm loose-bottom tin.
Whisk the cream cheese, crème fraîche, cream vanilla seeds and sugar until thick and creamy. Pour over the base. Chill for 1hr.
Remove from the tin and (if decorating) arrange the macarons on top. Serve.
