- 1 large baking potato (about 300g), unpeeled, cut into chunky chips
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Put the chips in a pan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 3 minutes, then drain.
Pat chips dry with kitchen paper. Put in a bowl, drizzle over the oil and toss to coat.
Spread out on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes. Season with salt and serve with the steaks.
