Did you know that gin is an English invention? Toast in the (rainy) British summer with this fruity gin cocktail recipe that pairs gin with grapefruit for an utterly mouthwatering concoction. If you're new to mixology, don't be afraid to experiment with flavour - the citrusy tones of the juices used go well with spiced gins such as Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, £22 from Asda.
