Ingredients
  • Pack Asda 8 Sweet Pancakes
  • 150ml double cream
  • 2tbsp icing sugar
  • 4 clementines,1 zested, all 4 peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
  • 3tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
Method
  • Warm the pancakes according to the pack instructions.

  • Whisk the cream, icing sugar and clementine zest in a large bowl until thick.

  • Divide the pancakes between 8 plates (fold them, if you like), then top with the clementine rounds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Finish with a dollop of the cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
