Clementine and cream crepes

- Pack Asda 8 Sweet Pancakes
- 150ml double cream
- 2tbsp icing sugar
- 4 clementines,1 zested, all 4 peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
- 3tbsp maple syrup
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
Warm the pancakes according to the pack instructions.
Whisk the cream, icing sugar and clementine zest in a large bowl until thick.
Divide the pancakes between 8 plates (fold them, if you like), then top with the clementine rounds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Finish with a dollop of the cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
