This South American version of the iconic sangria is made with white wine and a medley of juicy summer fruits

  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 500ml Asda Lemon & Lime Zero
  • 3 peaches, destoned and sliced
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced
  • 10 strawberries, halved
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 12 red grapes, halved
  • 1 banana
  • Mint leaves, to decorate
  • Put the white wine, Lemon & Lime Zero, peaches, grapefruit, strawberries, orange and grapes in a large jug and mix together. Chill in the fridge for 1 hr or preferably overnight.

  • Before serving, peel and slice the banana and add to the jug along with ice cubes and mint leaves, to decorate.
