Ingredients
  • 8 Extra Special Half Shell Scallops Fish Counter Specialty, Frozen
  • 3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 25g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Rinse the scallops under cold water. Pat dry with kitchen roll.

  • Top with the crumbs and cheese. Brush with butter and sprinkle on the parsley.

  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden, making sure the scallops are piping hot.
