Coquilles Saint Jacques
- 8 Extra Special Half Shell Scallops Fish Counter Specialty, Frozen
- 3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 25g Parmesan, finely grated
- 25g butter, melted
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Rinse the scallops under cold water. Pat dry with kitchen roll.
Top with the crumbs and cheese. Brush with butter and sprinkle on the parsley.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden, making sure the scallops are piping hot.
