Crabbie’s ginger beer, blood orange and rosemary mimosa
  • Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • 60ml blood orange juice (from a carton – or any kind of orange juice if you don't have blood orange)
  • 60ml Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 60ml Prosecco
  • Rosemary sprig, to garnish
Method
  • Chill a Champagne flute or tall wine glass with ice, or put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Add a handful of fresh ice to the glass, then pour over the blood orange juice, Crabbie's and Prosecco. Stir the mixture to combine – gently, so the cocktail keeps its fizz.

  • Finish with the rosemary sprig, to garnish.
