Crabbie’s ginger beer, blood orange and rosemary mimosa
- 60ml blood orange juice (from a carton – or any kind of orange juice if you don't have blood orange)
- 60ml Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 60ml Prosecco
- Rosemary sprig, to garnish
Chill a Champagne flute or tall wine glass with ice, or put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Add a handful of fresh ice to the glass, then pour over the blood orange juice, Crabbie's and Prosecco. Stir the mixture to combine – gently, so the cocktail keeps its fizz.
Finish with the rosemary sprig, to garnish.
