Ingredients
  • 400g pack Asda Ready Rolled Pizza Dough
  • 100g cranberry sauce
  • 65g soft white Mozzarella, torn
  • 100g soft goat’s cheese, broken into chunks

  • 20g rocket, to garnish
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6.

  • Remove the dough from the packaging and leave for 10-15 mins at room temperature before using. Unroll and leave on the baking paper included in the pack; place on a large baking tray, then prick with a fork.

  • Place onto the middle shelf of the oven. Bake for 15-20 mins.

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly for 10 mins before cutting into 9 pieces and scattering over the rocket, to serve.
