Cranberry, orange & cinnamon liqueur
- 240g jar Extra Special Cranberry & Port Sauce
- 200ml Extra Special freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ cinnamon stick
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp mixed spice
- 200ml vodka
Simmer cranberry & port sauce, orange juice and spices gently for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from heat and cool.
Add the vodka. Store in a sealed container for 3 days.
Strain through a sieve, then strain again through a muslin cloth.
Bottle or drink straight away with crushed ice or an Extra Special Spritzer.
