- 75cl bottle Merlot
- 100ml brandy
- 200ml cranberry juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 150g Grower's Selection Cranberries
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole star anise
- 8 sprigs rosemary, to decorate
Pour the Merlot, brandy and cranberry juice into a jug. Add the orange slices, cranberries, cinnamon sticks and star anise. Stir well to combine, then chill in the fridge for 1hr to let the flavour come together.
Add ice to 8 tall glasses and divide the sangria between them. Push 1 sprig rosemary into each glass, to decorate, and serve immediately.
