- 500g fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, grated zest and juice of
- 125g caster sugar
Put the cranberries in a pan, along with the grated zest and juice from the orange, then bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Simmer for 4 minutes or until the cranberries burst.
Pour into a bowl and leave to cool before serving.
