Ingredients
  • 500g fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, grated zest and juice of
  • 125g caster sugar
Method
  • Put the cranberries in a pan, along with the grated zest and juice from the orange, then bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Simmer for 4 minutes or until the cranberries burst.

  • Pour into a bowl and leave to cool before serving.
