Creamed mushrooms on brioche

- 50g butter
- 3x 150g packs Asda Mixed Exotic mushrooms, halved
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 100g crème fraîche
- 4 thick slices Asda Brioche Loaf
Melt the butter in a large pan and cook the mushrooms over a very low heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for another minute.
Stir in the tarragon, soy sauce and crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat until just simmering.
Toast the slices of brioche. Put on 4 serving plates and top with the creamed mushrooms.
