Ingredients
  • 50g butter
  • 3x 150g packs Asda Mixed Exotic mushrooms, halved
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • 4 thick slices Asda Brioche Loaf
Method
  • Melt the butter in a large pan and cook the mushrooms over a very low heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for another minute.

  • Stir in the tarragon, soy sauce and crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat until just simmering.

  • Toast the slices of brioche. Put on 4 serving plates and top with the creamed mushrooms.
