Ingredients
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Asda Madras Curry Powder
  • 2 x 392g cans Asda Chunky Chicken
  • 550g can Asda Garden Peas
  • 25g flaked almonds, lightly toasted
  • Rice, to serve
  • Mango chutney, to serve
  • Poppadoms, to serve
Method
  • Fry the onion in the oil over a medium heat until soft. Add the curry powder and reduce to a low heat, stirring for 2 minutes.

  • Add the chicken and peas and heat through, stirring occasionally.

  • When ready to serve, sprinkle with almonds and spoon over steamed rice. Serve with mango chutney and poppadoms.
