Crispy cauliflower and Parmesan snack bites
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets and sliced
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1/4tsp English mustard powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 30g Parmesan, grated (or use mature Cheddar for a vegetarian version)
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put all the ingredients except the Parmesan on a large roasting tray. Toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the cauliflower.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 mins until the cheese is golden and crisp and the cauliflower is slightly charred at the edges.
Serve these bites as a snack – they’re perfect with a cold beer or ginger ale. They also makes a fantastic party canapé – serve with tomato salsa on the side for dipping.
