Crispy roast chickpeas

- 2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1tsp ground coriander
- 1tsp ground cumin
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
On a large baking tray, toss all the ingredients together until evenly coated, then spread out into a single layer.
Roast for 40-45 mins until crisp, giving the tray a shake halfway through. Allow to cool before serving.
