Crushed potatoes with chives
- 750 Asda Extra Special Marilyn Potatoes
- 50g Asda Salted Butter
- 1/2 packet of chopped chives
Cut the potatoes up so that they are all about the same size. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add the potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Drain the potatoes in a colander. Add the butter to the pan so that it begins to melt and then return the potatoes to the pan with the chives. Crush with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
