- 50ml Extra Special Pink Gin
- 50ml pink grapefruit juice
- 2tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 200ml prosecco
- 2 strawberries, to serve
Fill a cocktail shaker or large jar with ice and pour over the pink gin and grapefruit juice. Shake for 30 secs then strain into 2 coupe glasses or flutes.
Divide the pomegranate seeds between the glasses and top up each cocktail with the prosecco.
Take 2 cocktail sticks and skewer 1 strawberry on each. Rest across the rim of each glass and serve immediately.
