Ingredients
  • 150g frozen peas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 15g butter
Method
  • Cook 150g frozen peas. Fry a chopped onion and diced green pepper in 2 tbsp oil. Add 2 tbsp garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Stir in the peas and a chopped tomato. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add 8 beaten eggs with 15g butter and cook, stirring, until scrambled. Serve with naan.
