Ingredients
  • 6 wholemeal pitta breads
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 sticks celery
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 180g Asda Beetroot & Mint Dip
  • 200g Asda 30% Less Fat Houmous
Method
  • Sprinkle the pitta bread lightly with water and toast under the grill and cut into fingers.

  • Cut carrots, celery, cucumber and yellow pepper into batons.

  • Serve with a dip or houmous and the pittas.
