Double chocolate hazelnut red wine hot chocolate
- 30g Asda chosen by you plain chocolate
- 20g Asda good and balanced chopped hazelnut
- 500ml hazelnut milk
- 100g Asda chosen by you milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 300ml Asda Extra Special Cabernet Sauvignon
Melt the plain chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water
Dip 4 mugs into the chocolate then immediately dip into the chopped hazelnut to create a nut rim.
Gently bring the hazelnut milk to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the milk chocolate. Allow it to melt for 1min then gently stir until fully incorporated.
Gradually pour the red wine into the hot chocolate, stirring continuously to prevent the mixture from separating.
Bring to the boil and divide between the mugs.
