Dulce de leche frozen yogurt
- 397g can Carnation Caramel
- 1kg tub Asda Full Fat Greek Style Yogurt
- 2 shortbread fingers
Stir the caramel to soften, reserving 4tbsp to drizzle, and mix the rest with the yogurt. Freeze in a lidded container for 2 hrs.
Blitz the froyo mixture in a food processor until smooth. Return to the freezer for 1 hr.
Repeat step 2 twice more, returning the mixture to the freezer each time. Remove the froyo 20 mins before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
Crush the shortbread in a zip-seal bag. Drizzle the froyo with the remaining caramel then sprinkle with the crumbs.
