Ingredients
  • 397g can Carnation Caramel
  • 1kg tub Asda Full Fat Greek Style Yogurt
  • 2 shortbread fingers
Method
  • Stir the caramel to soften, reserving 4tbsp to drizzle, and mix the rest with the yogurt. Freeze in a lidded container for 2 hrs.

  • Blitz the froyo mixture in a food processor until smooth. Return to the freezer for 1 hr.

  • Repeat step 2 twice more, returning the mixture to the freezer each time. Remove the froyo 20 mins before serving to allow it to soften slightly.

  • Crush the shortbread in a zip-seal bag. Drizzle the froyo with the remaining caramel then sprinkle with the crumbs.
