Easter chick mallow chocolate nests
- 200g dark chocolate
- 15g unsalted butter
- 90g Shredded Wheat (about 4), roughly broken
- 6 Asda Easter Chick Mallows
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Break the chocolate into a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Add the butter and heat until fully melted, stirring occasionally. Carefully remove the bowl from the pan and set aside for 5 mins.
Add the Shredded Wheat and stir until completely coated. Spoon the mixture into 6 round mounds on the tray, then use the back of the spoon to make an indentation in the top of each one.
Set a chick mallow in each ‘nest’, then chill in the fridge for 2 hrs or until fully set. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
