Easy chicken and sweetcorn pie for two
- ½ x 400g tin Asda Chunky Chicken in White Sauce
- 75g frozen sweetcorn
- ½ x 176g pack Smash Instant Mashed Potato
- 1tbsp semi-skimmed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 75g broccoli, steamed, to serve
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.
Tip the chicken and white sauce into a small ovenproof pie dish. Stir in the sweetcorn and season well with black pepper.
Make up the Smash with water according to pack instructions and stir in the milk. Spoon on top of the pie filling and spread out.
Brush with the beaten egg to glaze and bake for 25-30 mins until golden and the filling is bubbling up. Serve with the broccoli.
