Ingredients
  • ½ x 400g tin Asda Chunky Chicken in White Sauce
  • 75g frozen sweetcorn
  • ½ x 176g pack Smash Instant Mashed Potato
  • 1tbsp semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 75g broccoli, steamed, to serve
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.

  • Tip the chicken and white sauce into a small ovenproof pie dish. Stir in the sweetcorn and season well with black pepper.

  • Make up the Smash with water according to pack instructions and stir in the milk. Spoon on top of the pie filling and spread out.

  • Brush with the beaten egg to glaze and bake for 25-30 mins until golden and the filling is bubbling up. Serve with the broccoli.
