Ingredients
  • For the fondue
  • 75ml whole milk
  • 30ml Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur (optional), or extra milk
  • 100g Asda Dark Chocolate Drops
  • 10g unsalted butter
  • To serve
  • 6 Asda Rich Tea Fingers
  • 125g blackberries
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 6 Asda Marshmallows
Method
  • Heat the milk in a small pan until almost simmering. Remove from the heat and stir in the Kahlúa liqueur or extra milk, then set aside.

  • Put the chocolate drops and butter into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on a medium setting for bursts of 20 secs, stirring gently in between, until the mixture is melted, smooth and well combined.

  • Pour the milk into the chocolate mixture and whisk until smooth. Transfer the fondue to a pan or bowl, and arrange on a serving platter with the biscuits, blackberries, pear and marshmallows around it. Serve immediately with small forks or cocktail sticks for dipping.
