Easy dark chocolate fondue
- For the fondue
- 75ml whole milk
- 30ml Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur (optional), or extra milk
- 100g Asda Dark Chocolate Drops
- 10g unsalted butter
- To serve
- 6 Asda Rich Tea Fingers
- 125g blackberries
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and sliced
- 6 Asda Marshmallows
Heat the milk in a small pan until almost simmering. Remove from the heat and stir in the Kahlúa liqueur or extra milk, then set aside.
Put the chocolate drops and butter into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on a medium setting for bursts of 20 secs, stirring gently in between, until the mixture is melted, smooth and well combined.
Pour the milk into the chocolate mixture and whisk until smooth. Transfer the fondue to a pan or bowl, and arrange on a serving platter with the biscuits, blackberries, pear and marshmallows around it. Serve immediately with small forks or cocktail sticks for dipping.
