Ingredients
  • 300g Asda Chosen by you Farfalle (or other pasta)
  • 350g frozen peas
  • 200g Asda Lighter Plain Soft Cheese
  • 75ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 40g Parmesan, grated
  • 300g thick-cut cooked ham, cut into small pieces
Method
  • Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, bring back to the boil and cook, uncovered, at a steady gentle boil for 6 minutes.

  • Add the frozen peas, return to the boil and cook for another 6 minutes or until the pasta is just cooked.

  • Drain the pasta and peas in a colander. Put the soft cheese, milk and half the Parmesan cheese in the saucepan and stir gently over a low heat until smooth and hot. Add the cooked ham and heat through. Season with black pepper.

  • Return the pasta and peas to the saucepan. Stir and heat through. Serve immediately with the rest of the grated Parmesan and ground black pepper.
