Fast pepperoni chilli

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced finely
- 500g lean steak mince
- 120g pack sliced pepperoni
- 500g tomato passata
- Soured cream, to serve
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and pepper and fry gently for 4-5 minutes or until softened. Turn up the heat, add the beef and fry quickly until lightly browned.
Add the pepperoni and tomato passata, stir well and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through (adding a little water if needed). Season and serve with soured cream.
