- Half of a cucumber
- 4 tbsp mint, chopped
- 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 300g Asda Greek Style Yogurt (full fat)
- 200g feta, crumbled
Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthways. Remove the seeds and then cut into very small cubes.
Mix with the chopped herbs, crushed garlic clove and yogurt.
Stir in the crumbled feta and season lightly. Chill until ready to serve.
