Fish in tomato sauce
- 500g pack Asda Frozen White Fish Fillets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400g can Asda Chopped Tomatoes with Chillies and Pepper
- 300g Asda Easy Cook Long Grain Rice
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Lightly grease a large ovenproof dish and add the fish, skin-side down. Drizzle over 2 tbsp water, season and cover. Bake for 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and cook the onion until soft. Add the tomatoes and simmer, uncovered, until most of the liquid has evaporated. Season well.
Spread the sauce over the fish. Return to the oven and cook, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Cook the rice according to pack instructions and serve with the fish.
