Ingredients
  • 500g pack Asda Frozen White Fish Fillets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 400g can Asda Chopped Tomatoes with Chillies and Pepper
  • 300g Asda Easy Cook Long Grain Rice
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Lightly grease a large ovenproof dish and add the fish, skin-side down. Drizzle over 2 tbsp water, season and cover. Bake for 35 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, heat the oil and cook the onion until soft. Add the tomatoes and simmer, uncovered, until most of the liquid has evaporated. Season well.

  • Spread the sauce over the fish. Return to the oven and cook, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

  • Cook the rice according to pack instructions and serve with the fish.
