Flatbread pizza with peppers and rocket
- 265g pack Asda Tomato & Garlic Flatbread
- 100g roasted peppers in brine, drained and sliced
- 50g Asda Grated Mozzarella
- 40g wild rocket
- 1tbsp balsamic glaze
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
Put the flatbread on a baking tray and top with the peppers, followed by the mozzarella.
Cook in the oven for 8-10 mins until the cheese is melted and golden.
Scatter the rocket over the flatbread and drizzle on the balsamic glaze.
