Ingredients
  • 265g pack Asda Tomato & Garlic Flatbread
  • 100g roasted peppers in brine, drained and sliced
  • 50g Asda Grated Mozzarella
  • 40g wild rocket
  • 1tbsp balsamic glaze
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

  • Put the flatbread on a baking tray and top with the peppers, followed by the mozzarella.

  • Cook in the oven for 8-10 mins until the cheese is melted and golden.

  • Scatter the rocket over the flatbread and drizzle on the balsamic glaze.
