- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- 1tsp clear honey
- 1tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ clove garlic, finely crushed
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2tsp dried tarragon
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a clean jam jar and season with freshly ground black pepper. Screw the jar lid on tightly and shake vigorously until you have a smooth, glossy dressing.
Serve the dressing immediately or store in the jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
