Banana and nut lollies
- 40g unsalted pistachios
- 150g Asda Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 3 ripe bananas
Blitz the pistachios into crumbs in a processor then pour onto a small plate.
Spoon the yogurt into a shallow dish. Stir well. Peel 3 ripe bananas then halve across the middle and push a lolly stick into the cut end of each half.
Dip the banana in the pink mixture then roll in the pistachio crumbs until evenly coated. Place on a baking tray, lined with baking paper and freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag until needed. They can be stored frozen for up to 1 month.
