Garlic and herb pasta
- 150g fettuccine
- 15g garlic butter
- 2tbsp chopped mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil and thyme)
- 1tbsp finely chopped pistachios
- 1tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water for 12 mins. Drain. Add the butter and stir to melt through.
Stir in the herbs. Serve topped with the pistachios and a sprinkle of black pepper or the chilli flakes, if you like.
