Ingredients
  • 150g fettuccine
  • 15g garlic butter
  • 2tbsp chopped mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil and thyme)
  • 1tbsp finely chopped pistachios
  • 1tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
Method
  • Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water for 12 mins. Drain. Add the butter and stir to melt through.

  • Stir in the herbs. Serve topped with the pistachios and a sprinkle of black pepper or the chilli flakes, if you like.
