Ingredients
  • 100g leftover Butcher's Selection Roast in the Bag Garlic Pork Loin Joint
  • 4 small handfuls of Mozzarella
  • 12 rashers streaky bacon
  • 2 tsp green pesto
  • Salsa, to serve
  • Steak Cut Oven Chips, to serve
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.

  • Cut the leftover pork into steak-sized pieces.

  • Spread 1/2 tsp pesto onto each steak and cover with a small handful of Mozzarella.

  • Wrap 3 rashers of streaky bacon around each steak and cook for 15 minutes.

  • Serve with Steak Cut Oven Chips and a side dip of salsa.
