Garlic & herb bacon-wrapped roast pork

- 100g leftover Butcher's Selection Roast in the Bag Garlic Pork Loin Joint
- 4 small handfuls of Mozzarella
- 12 rashers streaky bacon
- 2 tsp green pesto
- Salsa, to serve
- Steak Cut Oven Chips, to serve
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
Cut the leftover pork into steak-sized pieces.
Spread 1/2 tsp pesto onto each steak and cover with a small handful of Mozzarella.
Wrap 3 rashers of streaky bacon around each steak and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with Steak Cut Oven Chips and a side dip of salsa.
